Montecruz Restaurant, second chefs prize Andalucía

Restaurant Montecruz de Aracena has received the 2nd prize of chefs in a contest in Andalusia held in Córdoba . Because of the Cordoba candidacy for European City of Culture organized the contest for forty finalists where so many cooks in Andalucía have had to prepare in situ a dish with oxtail as the main ingredient.
Each chef added their particularities within the terms and conditions provided. In the case of Restaurant Montecruz the participant has been the chef Rafael Lora, a native of the town of Palma del Rio Cordoba. And the dish that has obtained the second prize went nose to the tail of a bull with the Pedro Ximenez Gurumel with cookie crumbs. An innovative course that the jury of important chefs of cuisine and restoration of Córdoba saw fit to recognize as well as the way to go, Chef clothing, cleaning and other details.

Furthermore Montecruz Restaurant has been chosen within network of restaurants with organic products, RAPE, being even one of the founding partners of this entity has recently released a publication of environmental prescriptions. The award ceremony took place the distinction this past in Seville in the hand of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Junta de Andalucía, Clara Aguilera. A restaurant used to collect awards and commemorations with a kitchen as a pioneer in many issues in green card and hunting.
