Aracena Aracena PSOE FOR ELECTION OF

The PSOE de Aracena presents its list for the elections

Rufino Javier Moya / Aracena

the local branch of the PSOE in Aracena gathered last Thursday at the People's House unanimously approved the nomination to represent such political party in the upcoming municipal elections May 22. A list headed by incumbent Mayor Manuel War and until the fifth is made by current members of the government team, except the number two (current secretary and one of his most trusted people). Recall that at present the PSOE governs Aracena absolute majority thanks to eight councilors. Four of them are still at the top of the list with options to go out again, and the rest are separated between two councilors (Juan Diego and Augustine) to support the project, but go down to opt out of local politics, along with other two (Augustine and Pepa) that do not appear in the list. Surprised if the hitherto always number two and deputy mayor of War, Pepa Alcaide, and has excelled in the last legislature for a great job with the Grotto Cuevatur housing in Wonderland 2010 (III national congress tourist caves) and putting the kick-off to the centenary of the opening of the cave tourism, being the first in the country in 2014.

Another of the most striking aspects is that the list of new arrivals, the sixth to tenth place, none of them are part of the socialist family of Aracena in terms of membership.
